1. Who We Are

NeuroLife is operated by Prime Trade Solutions SL, a company registered in Spain. The platform is developed and maintained by Dr. Dmitry Satanovsky (MD PhD), neurologist and psychiatrist.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when using the app:

• Account data: email address and full name (required for registration)
• Health data: screening results, symptom diary entries, mood logs, sleep data, nutrition logs — only what you manually enter
• Usage data: app interactions, feature usage (anonymised)
• Device data: device type, operating system version, app version

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalised health monitoring and AI-generated insights
• To display your history, trends and progress within the app
• To improve the app's functionality and user experience
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS EU servers). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. AI Processing

NeuroLife uses the Anthropic Claude AI to generate personalised health insights and recommendations. When you interact with AI features, anonymised prompts may be processed by Anthropic's API. No personally identifiable information is shared with Anthropic beyond what is necessary to generate a response.

6. Health Data — Special Category

Health data is considered a special category of personal data under GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you provide by creating an account and entering data. You can request deletion of all your health data at any time.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Cookies

NeuroLife uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children

NeuroLife is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

11. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic — AI processing (Privacy Policy)
• Netlify — web hosting (Privacy Policy)

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
